From download to rehearsal

Make the package
part of your stream.

Start with the guide inside your ZIP. It includes your exported scene previews, exact camera placement and a file-by-file index.

01 · Download & extractKeep the whole folder together.

Download your package and extract the entire ZIP to a permanent folder. Open START_HERE.html in a browser. The guide uses files beside it, so opening the HTML inside an unextracted ZIP will not work reliably.

If your browser blocks the first download, use the “Save ZIP again” link. Keep a local copy; do not move the extracted folder after adding its files to OBS.

02 · Add your scenesStart in a separate scene collection.

In OBS, create a scene collection for your setup. Open Tools → Scripts, add the package's import_scenes.lua and click “Import overlay scenes now”. It adds the five stream scenes. The included README.txt also covers manual setup and troubleshooting.

Use PNG files as Image sources and WebM files as Media Sources. For looping scene artwork, enable Loop. For single-play clips such as the countdown, leave Loop off and enable restart when the source becomes active.

03 · Add your live contentYour camera and chat complete the scene.

Put camera or game capture below the scene artwork. Put live text, chat and alerts above it. The package guide has exact Just Chatting placement coordinates for a 1920 × 1080 canvas.

For a circular camera, first crop the camera to a square. Add the OBS Image Mask/Blend filter, select Alpha Mask (Alpha Channel) and use Camera_Masks/circle_mask.png. Align its canvas with the circular frame. The ring artwork alone does not crop a camera.

Alert graphics need to be connected to your alert service; the files do not connect to Twitch, YouTube or live events automatically. For the included StreamElements widget, replace all four tabs: HTML, CSS, JS and FIELDS. The FIELDS tab sets widgetDuration to 20; leaving it out can cut off the widget. Your full entered panel copy is preserved in Channel_Copy.txt.

04 · Add the transitionSwitch scenes at 500 milliseconds.

Add a Stinger transition in OBS and select the WebM file inside Stinger_Transition. Set the transition point type to Time and its value to 500 ms. Test a scene switch before going live.

The countdown MP4 is a full-screen, opaque clip. Use it instead of your Starting Soon scene while it plays. It is not a transparent timer. The package contains no music or sound effects.

05 · Rehearse & reviewTry it with real footage.

Record a private rehearsal. Check small text, camera framing, loops, the transition and an actual alert test. Preview transparency in OBS if a video player shows a black background.

Open your package's review page from the library. Assess appearance, setup, completeness and whether you would consider buying it. Leave unfinished tests marked “Not tested”; if something breaks, include the file name, software version and what happened.
